For each serving:
5 oz. tilapia
1/2 Tbs. almond flour
1/2 Tbs. sliced almonds
1/2 Tbs. shredded parmesan (optional)
1/8 tsp. Mrs. Dash lemon pepper seasoning
1 tsp. olive oil
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place olive oil on baking sheet. Place tilapia on baking sheet and turn tilapia in oil a few times to coat each side and place face up. Sprinkle sparingly with Mrs. Dash. Layer almond flour, sliced almonds, and grated parmesan on top.
Bake approximately 20 minutes until golden.
