This recipe is one of my favorites thus far! Clean, super easy, and perfect for summer ice cream cravings! Simply put frozen pineapple, frozen banana, coconut milk, and orange juice in a blender, blend until smooth, dump into pop molds, freeze, enjoy!!
#TCC Tip: For a creamy pop use full fat coconut milk from a can. Other forms of coconut milk will taste good, but may be more “icy.”

- 1.5 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup orange juice
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into mold and freeze
