Hummus

Hummus is a staple in my house!  We eat it with veggies, spread on wraps, and dolloped on chicken.  So I went searching for a recipe.  After trialling several recipes I developed the perfect recipe which combines just the right flavor and texture for tasty and smooth hummus.

Clean Hummus

This recipe is so simple!  Just place all of the ingredients in a food process and process to desired consistency.  You can also mix other flavors such as jalapeño or red pepper for a kick.

Hummus 2

Ingredients:

15.5 oz can of garbanzo beans

3 tablespoons vegetable broth

1 clove garlic minced

1.5 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon tahini

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions:

1. Place all of the ingredients in a food process and process to desired consistency.
